Welcome to Labour Digital: a network of digital experts helping Labour prepare Britain for the digital age.

Digital technology is transforming every aspect of our economy and society. Britain will experience radical change as the revolution accelerates - impacting citizens, the state and businesses fundamentally.

Labour politicians, members and supporters have always been among the first to recognise the role of technology in creating a more prosperous and cohesive nation.

Labour Digital exists to  develop deep engagement with digital - promoting digital growth, skills, opportunity and collaboration to ensure that the UK leads the world in innovation and no one is left behind.

Our aims are to:

  • Advise on digital technology policy
  • Develop exciting thought-leadership about innovation and impact of digital change in society
  • Communicate Labour's position on digital technology and the creative economy
  • Host a network of people with Labour values to help the Party with digital skills and new ideas
Labour Digital is actively participating in various Labour Party policy activities including the Digital Government review, the Creative Industries review, and the Digital Skills taskforce.  We can connect you to those on request.   In September 2014 we launched Number One in Digital, a set of recommendations for Labour policy to make Britain the world's leading digital nation.

If you are interested in Labour digital policy then we are your way to stay informed (and, if you would like, get involved).  All our news is tweeted so why not follow us on Twitter?
